PressGenAI provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to:

• Submit articles and leads.
• Generate AI-assisted drafts through guided workflows.
• Have content reviewed and published via our platform or API by authorized editors.

All AI-generated content is reviewed by editors before publishing.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features or tiers may require a paid subscription.
• Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. User Content

You (and the media house you represent, if applicable) retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content you grant PressGenAI a limited license to store, process, and display the content as required to provide the Service. We will only use your content for promotional or internal purposes with your explicit permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Post harmful, defamatory, obscene, or copyrighted content without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

PressGenAI is not responsible for errors, omissions, or harms arising from AI-generated drafts or user-submitted content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
